Online at [http://www.friendsofquinn.com/](http://www.friendsofquinn.com/), the site offers expert advice, news, resources, tools and more. ## Mental health rights The World Health Organization in June launched the WHO QualityRights Tool Kit. Countries can use the toolkit to assess and stop violations against the rights and dignity of people with mental health conditions. The toolkit, available at [http://www.who.int/mental\_health/publications/QualityRights\_toolkit/en/](http://www.who.int/mental_health/publications/QualityRights_toolkit/en/), stresses the importance of hygienic and safe living conditions and the promotion of independent living though employment and education. ## Influenza The National Council on Aging in June announced its new initiative, Flu + You, an educational program that aims to educate older adults and their caregivers about the dangers of influenza and the importance of immunization and vaccines.
