Serving the entire diabetes community, the site provides breaking news about the latest trends and studies in diabetes and provides a health assessment tool to help website visitors achieve a healthy lifestyle. ## Prevention study findings The National Research Council and the Institute of Medicine’s Committee on Prevention of Mental Disorders and Substance Abuse Among Children, Youth and Young Adults in February released a two-year study on preventing mental, emotional and behavioral disorders among young adults. The study highlights key advances in prevention research over the last 15 years.
