Libbey, co-director of the Center for Sharing Public Health Services in Olympia, Washington, was recognized for his efforts in advancing NACCHO’s work to strengthen local health departments. Libbey served as NACCHO’s executive director from 2002 to 2008.</style></abstract></record></records></xml>
