The National Academies Press in December published “Taking Action Against Clinician Burnout: A Systems Approach to Professional Well-Being,” by the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine. In January, Duke University Press published “Fencing in Democracy: Border Walls, Necrocitizenship and the Security State,” by Miguel Diaz-Barriga and Margaret E. Dorsey.
